I live in Bogota, and in my job is implemented all policies labour, this policies are rules that should fullfill the state with the occupational ambit, this garantize the parameters for all the works. In this policies are disccuse strategic points for example: System of social security, pensions, minim salary, social security in health, cesanties and so on. in the company where i perform, the policies labour are very good, some policies have big benefits, because I assure my future and the all family. For have this benefits you should work in company, not work in a company not permit to access this benefits. So the policies in colombia some policies labour is good, for some is a very bad. I change some policies that are unfair for some colombian workers, for example in the family with low economic resources have a rigths to some benefits. The policies garantize the future of the economy, and that this policies are made for part of state, but this policies should for all the people that work in a someday of your life. In the next part I expose the changes, that in my opinion are good for the state. 

Start with the minim salary, the minim salary in colombia es $781.242, the minim salary is good for a person, but a person that have family the salary it's a little insuficient, with a different expenses and shopping this salary not cover all the necessary for your life. The system of security social since my opinion is very good, why this have a one serie of benefits for the employer, for example choose your entity promotore of salud and in case of accident or disease you these protected, you recibe for part of the company where these work an compesation for the treatment and the medical expenses. conretament the security social is a secure for we the employeer, and the pensions are very good, why a person that use Colpensiones deposite a part of money, and when this person be major the person have the possibility of remove the money that for so many years to saved. The family subside should reclamate persons of low recurses, for do any activity. Yes, this subside can reclamate for a person that work. The subside should give to the persons in bad state economy. Colombia have very good cubrement for the employee. But in any benefits fail, why should offer to persons of low recurses.
